Designers of vintage sports cars held widely differing ideas about
"styling" - though they did not call it that - ranging from the
extremely low 4 1/2 litre S-Type Invicta shown here, and the Aston
Martins, to the relatively high Bentleys, Lagondas, 38/250
Mercedes-Benz and others. Not for nothing do members of the Aston
Martin Owners Club refer to their counterparts in the Bentley
Drivers' Club as suffering from vertigo!
